We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring an optimal user experience across our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and iterate on user-centered solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Create user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions
Design Development: Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and iterate based on insights gained
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product
Design System Management: Create and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all digital products
Accessibility Considerations: Ensure that designs are inclusive and accessible to users with diverse abilities
Iterative Design: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and data-driven insights
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, or similar software
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure) for creating interactive prototypes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in UX design
