UI/UX Designer

This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.

Responsibilities

Your Palette:

3+ years of design wizardry in product realms, startups, or environments that rival Formula 1 tracks.

Desirable institutions with a strong academic reputation (Pref. Tier 1 Colleges)

Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.

Proven ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Experience with user research methodologies & front-end development principles is a plus.

Hawk-eyed for detail and a passion for learning in the warp-speed universe.

Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.

Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for user interfaces.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, and developers. Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
