Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and define project goals.

Conduct basic user research and competitive analysis to make informed design decisions while crafting user-centric solutions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.

Design visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure project consistency.

Developing engaging video content for various marketing and communication purposes, potentially utilizing generative AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Designing visually compelling presentations (PPT, Keynote) to communicate ideas effectively.

Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and market trends.

Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide necessary design assets and specifications.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve the design process and continuously deliver cutting-edge solutions.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

Professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a software development environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and showcasing a range of design projects.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.

Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile app design.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Experience with video editing software like After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or any other animation tool.

Keep an eye on the latest UX/UI trends, including AI's impact on design, such as Generative AI tools, to enhance design workflows.

Familiarity with web development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS).

Excellent UX writing skills and verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
