UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer at Uffizio, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and effective user interfaces for our software products. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centric solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

• Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and behaviors.

Analyze user data and insights to inform design decisions.

Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

• Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and buttons.

Develop high-fidelity prototypes for new product features.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.

Participate in design reviews and present ideas and prototypes to the team.

Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.

• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

Design Systems & Standards:

• Maintain and enhance Uffizio's design system.

Ensure consistency in design across all products and platforms.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.

Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.

• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in designing for SaaS products or fleet management solutions.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development frameworks.

Familiarity with Agile development processes.
