• Roles and Responsibilities:

Design User Interfaces: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across various devices and browsers.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to understand project requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Conduct Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability testing sessions to gather user feedback, analyze results, and iterate on designs to enhance overall user experience.

• Develop Visual Designs: Utilize tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to develop visual designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance user interface aesthetics.

Ensure Design Consistency: Maintain consistency in UI elements, including typography, colors, icons, and layouts, throughout the application to ensure a cohesive and professional appearance.

• Job Requirements:

Experience and Knowledge: Strong understanding of user experience design principles with a human-centered approach to design.

• Wireframing and Prototyping: Proficiency in creating wireframes using tools like Balsamiq or Figma;

• Key Skills:

Figma: Expertise in using Figma for UI/UX design.

• Prototype Development: Ability to create interactive and engaging prototypes.

UX Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think critically about user experience and design solutions that address user needs and pain points.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• 1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Experience working in an agile development environment.
