We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our esteemed client, Vidpro Consultancy Services.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and a strong ability to create visually appealing designs while prioritizing the user's needs. We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic about enhancing our product's user experience and is committed to continuous learning and improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team to develop innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Manage visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Generate original ideas to simplify complex design challenges and enhance user friendliness.
- Produce wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively convey interaction and design concepts.
- Present and justify designs and key deliverables to peers and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and assess user feedback to refine the user experience.
- Establish and advocate design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Demonstrate experience in shipping successful products and understanding the reasons behind their success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX/UI designer.
- Portfolio showcasing professional UX/UI design work for web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to effectively present and advocate design solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in collaborating with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and deliver complete user experiences.
- Experience applying UX design best practices, mobile-first design, and responsive design.
- Thorough understanding of user-centered design, testing methodologies, and usability and accessibility concerns.
- Capacity to iterate designs and solutions efficiently.
- Openness to receiving and incorporating feedback and constructive criticism.
Desirable Skills
- Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes is advantageous.
- Past experience in developing Design Systems is a plus.
