About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. As a key member of our product team, you'll shape the user experience of our innovative platform, designing intuitive and engaging interfaces that delight our users and help them achieve their hiring goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for our web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Implement and maintain style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.
- Analyse user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions and product improvements.
- Contribute to the product roadmap and feature prioritisation.
- Create and maintain design documentation to ensure smooth handoff to developers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (Figma expertise strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research using methods like interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate better collaboration with developers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with technical content writing and graphic design.
- Familiarity with design systems and building design languages.
