Role Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members, ensuring continuous improvement and refinement.
- Ensure designs adhere to the latest UI/UX trends and best practices, as well as accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions using React.js.
- Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and user-centric.
Who can apply
- Bachelorâs degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the software development industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface design and user experience design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages, especially React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
