Job SummaryWe are looking for a UX Designer to join our team, who has an analytical and creative designing skills and able to grasp user needs and solve problems.

- Responsibilities and Duties
Understand requirements for the project in a holistic way.- Gathering requirements from stakeholders for product designs and user flows.
Coordinate more with UX Architects to ensure timely UX delivery.
- Implement and execute innovative & creative ideas for developing and designing the advertisements, flex, banners, and hoardings for events & exhibitions, marketing collaterals, corporate identity, indoor/outdoor branding, books, magazines, product packaging, websites, etc.
Creating appealing images that can be posted over various social media platforms.- Provide multiple design solutions for a problem statement.
Design detailed interaction design and wireframes independently.
- Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
Problem-solving, creative &; design thinking skills.- Conceptual understanding of design elements, color and composition is a must.
He/ she should have the ability to brainstorm and mockup design ideas.
- Must have hands on experience on Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Corel draw.
Need to understand the business goals and user behaviour.- He/ she should be able to work under pressure and should be highly motivated and well organized.
Strong portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking as well as deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.
- Knowledge of Figma tool is must
