Position Overview: We need an experienced UI/UX Designer who is good with Figma and other design tools. The right person should have experience designing for both web and mobile apps ( IOS and Android ), Experience in LMS platforms is a plus. You should be able to create designs that work well on different devices and understand UI/UX principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly and attractive interfaces for web and mobile apps ( IOS and Android ).
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs using Figma and other tools.
- Work with product managers, developers, and other team members to understand needs and create design solutions.
- Make sure designs look good and work well on all devices.
- Conduct user research and testing to improve designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.
- Work on design projects including user flows, navigation, and interactive elements.
- Ensure designs are accessible to all users.
Qualifications:
- 2+ Experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio,
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (like Adobe XD or Sketch).
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for good design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LMS and E-com platforms and their design needs.
- Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
