UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer with approximately 2 years of relevant

experience in the D2C e-commerce industry. As a key member of our team, you will be

responsible for driving conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts, refining user

interfaces, and enhancing user experiences to maximize sales and engagement for our

clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to gather feedback and insights on user behavior, preferences, and pain points.

Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and user experience on Shopify ecommerce websites.

Design, prototype, and implement user interface improvements and enhancements to drive conversions and engagement.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and ensure optimal user experiences.

Work closely with developers to implement UI/UX improvements and ensure consistency across platforms and devices.

Monitor website performance metrics and KPIs related to conversion rates and user experience, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date on the latest Shopify features and e-commerce design trends.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and development, preferably in the D2C ecommerce industry.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant front-end technologies.

Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping

Extensive experience with Shopify ecommerce platform and familiarity with its customization options and APIs.

Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and techniques.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.

Experience with user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback from stakeholders.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality UI/UX solutions that drive measurable business results.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
