UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI Designer

Salary range: 4-10 LPA

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

The Role

We're looking for a talented and creative UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting edge AI projects, designing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other designers, developers, and product managers, to create seamless user experiences that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UX Researchers, Product Owners, and Engineering to drive features from wireframes to development and build guidelines for the UI.
• Leverage brand guidelines and user insights to create and improve digital artifacts (social media posts, presentations, infographics, storyboards, etc.), product designs and aesthetics.
• Understand the user experience at various stages of the design process by leveraging wireframes, flow diagrams, product requirements to create UI mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and Researchers in bringing your designs to life.

What we are looking for

• A strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills across various platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar.
• An understanding of UX principles to collaborate effectively with UX designers.
• Creativity in solving UI problems and a keen eye for details in typography, color usage, and layout.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.

The Interview process

2-3 Technical rounds + 1 HR round.
