Roles and Responsibilities - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and other stakeholders.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas, ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces for our application, ensuring a delightful user experience across multiple platforms and devices., Additionally, a portfolio showcasing professional design projects, particularly focusing on web and mobile applications, is highly desirable
- Ultimately, your role will involve creating features that cater to the demands of our application users, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal, thereby fostering exceptional user experiences and driving widespread adoption
Must-Have Skills - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for B2B and B2C products with web-based applications and Mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design software and wireframe tools like Figma Adobe XD, particularly within the B2B and B2C landscape, is essential.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively
- Prior experience with UX/UI design with a strong portfolio to show previous work.
- Revamp and optimize the user interface and experience of our digital offerings across diverse platforms including web, and applications to ensure superior usability, accessibility, and engagement.
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Design
Good to Have Skills - Additional Degrees in HCI - Human Computer Interactions or any related fields are preferred
- Excellent understanding of Design Thinking and great visualization skills.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Ability to create designs using Glass Morphism and Neumorphism Techniques.
- Advanced understanding of the B2B and B2C marketplace and the functions of ATS websites
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Experience in UAT for understanding the Better user experience.
- Understanding of Behavioral Design and Behavioral UI/UX methodologies.
- Ability to create micro-interactions and Gamification techniques (Octalysis Framework)
