We are searching for a talented and creative Entry Level UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on both web and mobile applications, utilizing Figma as your primary design tool. Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Apply UX design principles, including design for behavior change and persuasive design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and user needs.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and validate user flows.
- Develop visual design elements consistent with project branding and accessibility guidelines.
- Multimedia content development
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative design techniques.
- Document design specifications and collaborate with developers during implementation.
- Actively participate in design critiques and training sessions to refine skills.
- Demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Good presentation skills.
- Should be able to travel for business purposes.
- Should have knowledge about UI/UX design principles, front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), motion design principles, micro-interactions, user research methods, and usability testing.
- Strong proficiency in the following design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe InDesign, Figma.
Expected Qualification:
Completed Bachelor or Master degree with minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:
- Industrial Design
- UI/UX design
- Graphic Design
