Responsibilities: Play an integral role in shaping the evolution of Firminiq's marketing.
Participate in end-to-end design for marketing experiences, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution.
Clearly understand the business needs and goals while taking design decisions.
Collaborate with our marketing and technical teams to create high-quality marketing assets that delight our customers.
Deliver development ready UI designs with a clear understanding of the brand visual language and guidelines.
Create detailed user journeys and take appropriate design decisions that are backed by data.
Effectively communicate with the Product and the Engineering team.
- Required Skills And Experience:
8+ years of design experience.
Understanding of customer experience and the relationship between brand and product design
A deep and diverse portfolio that demonstrates your conceptual design foundations.
Experience working within and evolving established brands
Strong understanding of typography, grids and layout design
Ability to assess content, identify hierarchy and key concepts to visualize
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively with a remote team.
Effective and efficient written and spoken communication skills.
Experience in illustration, animation, video, and branding.
Experience in data-driven design and testing.
