UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement new designs for various digital platforms.

Optimize existing user interface designs to enhance usability and engagement.

Combine creativity with an awareness of design elements to create intuitive user experiences.

Create prototypes for new product ideas and test them rigorously before implementation.

Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, navigation, etc.).

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability findings.

Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images for consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Portfolio of design projects showcasing strong UI/UX skills.

2 - 4 years of experience in UI/UX design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch (Optional).

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.

Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
