SENIOR UX DESIGNER:
Job Description: UI/UX Designer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Design graphic user interfaces elements like menus, tabs, and widgets.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
Requirements:
Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong knowledge of front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Proficiency in conducting user research and translating findings into design improvements.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
Familiarity with usability testing tools.
Skills:
Design Software: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.
Prototyping Tools: InVision, Marvel, Axure.
Front-End Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Research and Analysis: User research, usability testing, A/B testing.
Soft Skills: Communication, collaboration, problem-solving, creativity, attention to detail.
Other: Understanding of Agile methodologies, ability to manage time effectively.
