Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our Institute. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design elegant solutions, and enhance the overall user experience.
Develop user interface designs from concept to final hand-off .
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance usability.- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Proven work experience of 2-5 years as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.
Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
