- Role: Ui/Ux Designer
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years
- Location: Calicut, Govt Cyberpark
- Job Type: Full Time (09.00 am to 06.00 pm Fixed)
- Working days: 5 days working (Saturdays & Sundays Fixed Off except 1st Saturday)
- Work from the Office
Responsibilities
- Designing new products, interfaces, and user experiences for multiple platforms.
- Work closely with user experience designers to create stunning visual designs
- Simplifying complex user interactions, highlighting the product's brand and unique personality.
- Integrating and managing the brand through a visual design language.
- Build functional prototypes to validate and test your designs.
- Develop product UI/UX ideas based on customer audience interests.
- Help maintain visual and brand consistency between all products and platforms.
- Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts
- Know how to use prototyping tools such as Figma, AdobeXD, Invision, or equivalent
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 4 year experience in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mock-ups and prototypes (low and high fidelity)
- Ability to visualize the big picture of a project into product concepts and design directions.
- Strong, clean visual design sense
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of the web and mobile app design ecosystem.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- You understand grids, layers, color palettes, type anatomy, and affordance levels.
- You love semiotics, create extensive flows, and can build design libraries.
- A portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI designs or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wireframing, interaction design, visual design, and design best practices
- Strong communication skills
