Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX App Designer with at least 3+ years of experience to join our team. As a UI/UX App Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly mobile and web applications. This is an onsite position with locations available in Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Chennai, and Coimbatore. Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX App Designer
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch
- Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, mockup, and user flow tools
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams
- Solid understanding of visual design principles and ability to create visually appealing designs
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work is highly preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for mobile and web applications, ensuring best practices in UI/UX design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement and validate design decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and incorporate them into design processes
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Assist in creating and maintaining design guidelines and style guides
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling and high-converting landing pages and promotional materials
