Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior UI Support Engineer with strong experience in React, Redux, and Node.js to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience and a solid background in providing technical support for web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support for web applications developed using React, Redux, and Node.js.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to UI and backend integration.
• Monitor application performance and ensure optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix bugs.
• Assist in the deployment of new releases and updates.
• Document support processes and maintain support-related documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to junior support engineers.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand issues and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce future issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development and support.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in UI development and support, with strong proficiency in React, Redux, and Node.js.
• Support Role: Proven experience in a support role, handling technical issues and providing solutions.
• Frontend Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Backend Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs and server-side programming using Node.js.
• Version Control: Proficiency in using version control systems like GIT.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with modern build pipelines and tools.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Bitbucket.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Ability to write unit tests and ensure complete coverage.
• Experience in monitoring tools and logging frameworks.
