Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Path Developer Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with a focus on UI Path development and implementation. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UI Path.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and document automation workflows and create reusable components.
- Perform code reviews to ensure best practices and standards are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with other business systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI Path Developer, with a strong portfolio of implemented RPA solutions.
- Solid understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in UI Path Studio, Orchestrator, and other UI Path components.
- Experience with scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in UI Path (UI Path Certified Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in RPA.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
