About WIRO: WIRO, an established and thriving Ecommerce Agency specialising in Shopify, is inviting an experienced UI+CX Designer to join our dynamic team. Renowned for crafting hundreds of optimised ecommerce sites, our mission is to elevate our client's growth strategies through exceptional design and development.
Role Overview: As a UI Designer at WIRO, you will immerse yourself in creating groundbreaking concepts and refining visuals in collaboration with our team of skilled CX designers. Your primary focus will be on interpreting wireframes and delivering comprehensive style guides, ensuring the UI and CX elements of our projects are seamlessly integrated and adhere to the highest standards of digital design.
Daily Work:
- Work on new projects to propose interesting concepts and UI Designs.
- Improve existing sites with micro changes in retainers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CX designers to transform wireframes into compelling UI designs.
- Manage atomic styleguide systems across retainers and projects.
- Design full UI of sites based on Shopify themes and fully custom approaches (wireframes provided).
- Engage with team for end-to-end project understanding, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, and tactics for working within tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce UI Design.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI Design.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Ability to work autonomously and strategically.
- Previous agency experience.
- Excellent time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with Shopify.

Interview rounds:
- 1st - 15 mins technical discussion
- 2nd - Trial piece
- 3rd - Final discussion with the lead team
