Job Description


  • Build designs which enable even non tech user use product without training and ease
  • Work with product development team , marketing and other downstream team for successful delivery of designs
  • Build designs considering latest industry trends
  • Understand business problem
  • Work automation of business processes designs
  • Collaborate with cross teams our product , design , marketing and development teams to define feature specifications and timelines
  • Define solutions to user problems and help set priorities
  • Build solution design for business which will replicate across same or other industries
  • Build high-performance, scale-able and maintainable user interfaces using the latest web technologies
  • Keep up to-date with the constantly evolving technology world
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Good user experience design
  • Passionate about design
  • Have worked on business software user designs
  • Have worked on user design of cloud products
  • Very good communication skills
  • Proficiency and experience writing solution design
  • Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Startup experience is a plus
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Technical understanding of back-end technology like Ruby On Rails , Python
  • Understanding in web technologies like Anglur Js , Jquery etc
  • Understanding of Database
  • Internet of things devices and technology behind it
  • System performance & operational load
