Job Description

Job Summary: As an UGC Division Head at The G Story, you will be responsible for leading the UGC department and ensuring the successful execution of the projects assigned. You will collaborate closely with clients and content creators to deliver exceptional results that align with client objectives and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, not only understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations, but also being the POC from TGS to execute the projects
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and effective communication.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and discuss campaign performance.

  1. Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Work closely with content creators to develop strategies and campaign concepts that meet client briefs.
  • Managing individual projects, communicating with relevant team members, and docking each project as per timelines
  • Ensure all campaigns are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Communicating daily with clients on WhatsApp groups, attending client calls, being part of internal project meetings, taking feedback from clients and getting the same incorporated internally for decks, shoots, edits etc.
  • Identifying and building relationships with prominent content creators and thought leaders in the industry
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and content pieces
  • Handling content creator partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.

  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork across different departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide clear briefs and guidance to creative and production teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations and agency capabilities.

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute UGC strategies that align with clients business goals and brand objectives.
  • Define KPIs, performance metrics, and goals for UGC campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of UGC campaigns, providing actionable insights to clients and internal teams.

  1. Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyse UGC campaign performance and optimise strategies based on real-time data.
  • Provide clients with detailed reports and analysis on UGC campaign effectiveness, engagement, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.

  1. Partnerships & Collaborations:
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with influencers, content creators, and other stakeholders to enhance UGC initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a network of influencers and brand advocates to support content creation and campaign distribution.
  • Find & hire content creators in-house for key positions.

  1. Budget Management:
  • Oversee the budgeting for UGC campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting financial goals.
  • Allocate resources effectively for both short-term and long-term UGC projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising.
  • Proven experience (5-6 years) as an outreach campaign / influencer marketing or in a similar role within an advertising agency preferably in Mumbai.
  • Lead a team of at least 3 - 4 social media specialists
  • Strong understanding of the social media industry with the ability to develop and execute effective campaigns. .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Extremely fluent in English.
  • Hyper organised and great management skills.
  • Should be an extrovert who loves interacting with people, good at convincing others, and has a knack of getting the job done.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Highly pro efficient in multitasking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools/software.
  • Knowledge of editing softwares, technical on-set requirements, etc
