Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a U.S. Audit Associate at Hemsworth Consulting in New Delhi. The Audit Associate will be responsible for conducting financial audits, analyzing financial statements, utilizing analytical skills, and performing finance-related tasks on a day-to-day basis.

• Ensure compliance with USGAAP and USGAAS
• Assist in audit planning including defining scope, objectives, and procedures
• Perform testing and evaluating financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems
• Analyze financial data and operational processes to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Prepare audit reports and documentation that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and any issues discovered during the audit process. This includes drafting audit opinions and summarizing key findings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather information, discuss findings, and address questions or concerns.

Qualifications

• B.Com./M.Com./Semi-Qualified CA/CMA/ACCA
• Financial Statements and Analytical Skills
• Finance and Auditing experience
• Ability to conduct Financial Audits
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a must

Payscale

INR 3 to 6 Lakhs p.a. depending upon the experience.
