Tasks
Lead Generation through social Platforms.
Candidates counselling through virtual meet or telephonic communication.
Selling Courses.
Assisting HR department in Hiring and Onboarding Process.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (preferred).
- Intermediate
- Experience:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
- Technical Requirements:
- Access to a personal laptop with a stable internet connection.
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Mandatory:
- A strong desire to pursue higher education, specifically an MBA or BBA
- Additional Preferences:
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is an added advantage.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional develop.
