Twilio Voice and Flex Integration Specialist

We are looking for a Software Developer specializing in Twilio Voice and Flex integration to join our team. In this role, you will work on designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that leverage Twilio's Voice and Flex platforms to deliver seamless communication and customer engagement experiences. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Twilio's APIs and a strong understanding of cloud telephony systems.

Key Responsibilities

:- Design, develop, and maintain applications utilizing Twilio's Voice and Flex products.

- Integrate Twilio services with existing business systems and workflows to enhance

communication capabilities.

- Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure solutions

meet client requirements and are delivered on time.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Twilio integrations.

- Keep up-to-date with Twilio product updates and new features to maximize the benefits of

the platform.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality

products.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

- Minimum of 3 years of software development experience, with a proven track record in

Twilio Voice and Flex integration.

- Strong understanding of Twilio API and experience building scalable applications.

- Proficient in programming languages relevant to the project (e.g., JavaScript/Node.js,

Python, PHP).

- Experience with front-end and back-end development.

- Knowledge of cloud services, web services, and APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
