Position : Tutor Trainer

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
Location : JP Nagar, Bangalore
Role Overview :
We are looking for a motivated Tutor Trainer to lead the training and quality assurance of our part-time, work-from-home tutors.
Key Responsibilities :
Train New Part-Time Tutors:
- Conduct onboarding sessions to train new part-time tutors on teaching methods, curriculum content, and company standards.
- Ensure all new tutors are fully prepared to deliver high-quality tutoring sessions, aligned with our educational philosophy.
Audit and Retrain Existing Tutors:
- Regularly audit the performance of existing part-time tutors to assess the quality of their teaching.
- Provide targeted feedback and retraining sessions to enhance the performance and effectiveness of existing tutors.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in training.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong training and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to assess and improve tutor performance effectively.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
