Tutor Hiring Associate Intern

• 25,000 per month + up to 10,000 performance-based incentives.

HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Shift Timings:

Six days a week, 10 hours a day. (Shift Timings 12 PM to 10 PM)

Job Description: We are seeking a final-year student or recent graduate with corporate internship experience to join our team as a Supply Associate Intern. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring tutors.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential tutor candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and schedule further interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in evaluating candidates and supporting the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and assist with administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Final-year student or recent graduate.
• Previous corporate internship experience in HR or recruitment or management trainee.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
