This is a full-time on-site role for a Turning Operator at Spike Aerotek Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The Turning Operator will be responsible for operating turning machines to produce precision components according to technical specifications. The day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, monitoring the production process, conducting quality checks, and ensuring the efficiency of operations.

• Experience in operating turning machines and working with precision components
• Knowledge of machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Team player with good communication skills
• Previous experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry is a plus
• Technical certification or diploma in machining or related field
