The role holder will be responsible for strategizing and driving business expansion, building & leading a high-performing team across the region. The incumbent would be leading complete sales & distribution and administrative responsibility for the region.
- Heading sales operations and customer management for the region and delivering business plans in line with the growth aspiration of the organization.
- Responsible for planning and achieving monthly sales targets for geographies within the region. Achieving Primary and Secondary numbers.
To plan for network expansion and execute the same through increased retail footprint, and Channel partner expansion.
- Study market and proactively keep track of competition products, pricing, key activities, and new launches through market contact plans for self and team. Assess the impact of such activities and coordinate with Central teams to plan responses.
