What Will You Do
- Provides Level 2 Support to customers - resolving technical issues / error messages encountered by customers in a live production environment.
- Minimum 7-8 years support experience in Telecom domain
- Should have in-depth knowledge of Inventory process flow and Point of Sale (POS) modules/applications like MapleWave Transact
- Very good in UNIX and My SQL
- Knowledge of OpenShift cluster based architecture
- Ability to track issues and drive discussions among different teams and vendors
- Strong communication skills with exposure to customer facing roles
- Should have used Remedy very frequently
- Should be willing to travel when required short or long-term
- Good team player.
