Must-Have**

- Working experience on TRIRIGA application version of 10.6 or
above and Platform Version 3.6 or above
- Experience in Configuration/Implementation/Support and
Maintenance of various modules of IBM TRIRIGA like Space
Management, Real Estate Management and Operations and
Maintenance
- Extensive knowledge of Data modeler, Form builder, workflows,
reports, Object Migration, Security Manager
- Knowledge in building TRIRIGA integration and configuring data
connect and data Integrator and Setting up the portfolio data
- Familiar with TRIRIGA Admin console and CAD Integrator .
Good-to-Have
- TRIRIGA Certification
- Experience working on modules like O&M and Lease
Overview
The Tririga Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the TRIRIGA platform, specializing in Space, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and Lease management. This position is integral to ensuring efficient utilization and maintenance of physical space, as well as the management of leases within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the TRIRIGA system to support space planning and management.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance aspects of the TRIRIGA system, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
- Manage lease administration, including lease abstraction, critical date tracking, and financial obligations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions for space and lease management needs.
- Develop and maintain TRIRIGA documentation, including policies, procedures, and user guides.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance for space planning, utilization, and optimization.
- Support the development and implementation of space chargebacks and allocations.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of TRIRIGA professionals to ensure effective system management.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to TRIRIGA system support and maintenance.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with space and lease management standards.
