Job Description
Preference:
1st- Someone with BMC (Basic Mountaineering Course) degree.
2nd- Someone who has man treks and lead many treks.
3rd- Someone who is a fitness freak, into outdoor adventures
What do we need you to do
1- Lead trek on weekends from Pune on alternate weekends.
2- Visit office once or twice a week
3- Bring us new leads and collaborators
4- Submit reels, videos, photos from the trek you lead.
What's in it for you
1- A pay of 1.5k to 2k per trek for BMC certified trek leaders
2- A pay of 1k per trek for experience trek leaders
3- A pay of 500-700 per trek for experienced volunteers
4- No pay for new volunteers, but trips would be free.
5- Opportunity to travel to new locations since we have operations in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Goa, Karnataka, Meghalaya too.
6- Letter of recommendation.
