| Key Result Areas | . Proactively manage CRR and domestic FCY Balance sheet. . Dealing in money markets to manage day to day funding requirement . Jointly handle CD issuance/PSLC/IBPC/Refinance etc. activities with other CRR dealers . Automating exisiting processes to optimise daily activities . Market analysis and intelligence . Preparing analysis/presentations for Senior Management/ALCO. | ||||
| Competencies Required | .Excellent understanding of markets, attention to detail, focus on perfection, sharp and self motivated. .Good networking skills and market connect. .24.7 availability for CRR Management (whenever required) .Thorough understanding on Regulatory Guidelines | ||||
| Academic Qualifications Required | MBA (Finance, Tier 1 institute preferable) , CA (preferably rank holders), CFA | ||||
