Role Description
Expand fundraising instruments to include Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Overdrafts (OD), and other suitable
instruments.
Ensure timely closure of fundraising transactions to maintain liquidity and support business operations effectively.
disbursement to ensure adequate liquidity and mitigate financial risks.
Ensure timely completion of all reserve Bank of India (RBI) related compliances applicable to the organization.
Timely completion of pre-sanction and post-disbursement requirements of funders to uphold trust and credibility.
Regularly update and maintain Management Information System (MIS) to provide accurate and timely information for decision-making processes.
Maintain healthy working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
