Treasury Back Office NCD /CP

1. Drafting and processing of various documents such as GID / KID, Term Sheet, Deal confirmation etc., for raising funds through instruments like CP, NCD & ICD
2. Handling due diligence along with capturing of various covenants on DLT platform of depository and execution of DTA, DTD with Trustee.
3. Setting up NCD issuance on Exchange Bidding Platform (EBP) & processing of Bids on EBP platform.
4. Managing end to end operation process such as Debit / credit corporate action, Listing of CP, NCD on Stock Exchange and filing of various PAS forms with MCA for charge creations / satisfaction.
5. Timely repayment and processing of all debt obligations.
6. Ensuring various SEBI LODR, RBI compliances with respect to the borrowings.
7. Preparation of MIS and regulatory reporting on Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly basis.
8. Liaising & coordinating with various counter parties, brokers, RTA, NSDL, Rating Agencies, Trustee, Exchanges for smoothly executing of funds raising.
9. Processing of various vendor payments related to borrowings.
10. UAT testing of treasury module for capturing borrowing deals and accounting.

Required profile

1. 3-5 years experience in Treasury Operations ( Back Office)
2. Must have handled NCD Issuance related Back Office works
3. Must have experience of Commercial Paper (CP) related Treasury operations work
4. Candidates from Banking/ Finance who have handled retail loans only should apply.
