Job Description

Buzzmeeh.com is looking for TRC Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
  • Training Program Management:
    • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
    • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are effective and aligned with organizational goals.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Resource Coordination:
    • Manage the acquisition and distribution of training materials and resources.
    • Ensure all training resources are up-to-date and accessible to staff.
    • Collaborate with other departments to identify resource needs.
  • Staff Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop TRC staff.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure the quality of all training sessions and materials.
    • Develop and implement quality control measures.
    • Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to make improvements.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Manage the TRC budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Prepare reports on training activities, outcomes, and future plans.
    • Maintain records of all training activities and resources.
