Training Program Management:
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are effective and aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Resource Coordination:
- Manage the acquisition and distribution of training materials and resources.
- Ensure all training resources are up-to-date and accessible to staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify resource needs.
Staff Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop TRC staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the quality of all training sessions and materials.
- Develop and implement quality control measures.
- Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to make improvements.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage the TRC budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Prepare reports on training activities, outcomes, and future plans.
- Maintain records of all training activities and resources.
