Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Specialist/Senior Travel Specialist. As a Travel Specialist/ Senior Travel Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers in planning their trips, providing travel recommendations, booking accommodations and transportation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, and coordinating with travel partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, including popular attractions, hotels, and transportation options
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Experience in sales and the ability to upsell travel packages and services
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple bookings and reservations
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English & Hindi
• Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred

Experience Required

We are seeking someone with 1-3 years of prior experience in selling international and domestic holidays.
