We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on outbound sales calls. As a Travel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of travel packages and services to prospective customers over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert them into bookings for Thomas Cook Tours and Travels products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized travel recommendations and exceptional customer service.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our travel packages, including destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and special offers.
Listen to customer needs and preferences to tailor travel solutions that meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
