The Person will be responsible for outbound tour operations, including attending to customer queries and collaborating with the sales team to resolve them efficiently. They will also be tasked with preparing client proposals, presentations, and estimates, as well as negotiating with hotels.
- Relevant and proven experience in travel management, including travel sourcing
- _Strong understanding of global travel trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies will be a desirable skill_.
- They should have in-depth knowledge of long-haul destinations such as Maldives, South Korea, Dubai, Sri Lanka along with significant experience in handling.
- Help the team respond to travel queries, ensuring quick responses with quotations and Itineraries.
- Ensuring a quick turn-around time for sending quotations to B2B agents.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transportation services to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service. addressing B2B queries and concerns promptly.
- Handle administrative tasks related to tour bookings. documentation, and invoicing.
- Sale international tour packages
- Call potential leads and take travel requirements
- Follow-up calls with the clients to work on changes requested
- Achieve monthly sales goal and work towards increasing the sales
- Process booking and management of payments.
- Creating Customized itineraries for clients.
