Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service:
  • Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about travel options, including flights, accommodations, and travel insurance.
  • Recommend suitable travel packages and itineraries based on client requirements.
  • Ticket Booking and Reservations:
  • Book flights and travel packages for clients traveling from the Australia to India.
  • Manage and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with airlines and other travel service providers to secure bookings.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets and Performance:
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance and client interactions.
  • Implement strategies to maximize sales and improve customer experience.
  • Market Knowledge and Trends:
  • Stay updated on the latest travel trends, airline policies, and destination information.
  • Provide clients with relevant information about travel advisories, visa requirements, and health protocols.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and client communications.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and refunds.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial transactions.
