Key Responsibilities

- Ticket Booking and Reservations:
- Book flights and travel packages for clients traveling from the Australia to India.
- Manage and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with airlines and other travel service providers to secure bookings.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Targets and Performance:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance and client interactions.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and improve customer experience.
- Market Knowledge and Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, airline policies, and destination information.
- Provide clients with relevant information about travel advisories, visa requirements, and health protocols.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and client communications.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and refunds.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial transactions.
