As a General Sales Agent (GSA) for various international airlines, we have a strong track record of providing exceptional service. We are excited to announce the expansion of our services with the launch of a new Travel Department. We are looking to hire talented and experienced Travel Sales Executives to manage inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries from potential customers regarding travel packages, flights, and other travel-related services.
- Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into sales by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our travel offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.Booking Management:
Manage the booking process from initial inquiry to confirmation, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest in our services to close sales.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Sales Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our travel services and identify their needs.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and present tailored travel proposals to prospective clients.Client Acquisition:
Close sales by effectively addressing client needs and negotiating terms.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- General Responsibilities for Both Roles:
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the Travel Department.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotions.Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Continuous Improvement: Continuously update knowledge of travel products, industry trends, and best practices to improve sales performance.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in travel sales or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
