Monk Travel Tech Private limited is hiring for Travel Sales Agent position in an immediate basis.
JD For Travel Sales:
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is must
- Have passion for Sales and customer service is must
- Knowledge of Online booking of flights, hotels, etc. preferred but not a
constraint
- Good knowledge of major international travel destinations preferred but
not a constraint
- Must have knowledge of world geography & airport preferred but not a
constraint
- Candidates from travel / Airlines industry will be preferred
- Candidate must have working experience in META process
- GDS Experience is must (Amadeus, Galileo etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Handling traveller queries and taking travel requirements
- Understand customer requirement and offer packages accordingly
- Coordinating with operations team
- Handling operations/sales for outbound flight enquiries (Understanding
of UK destination is preferred)
- Create bookings / reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, flight
costing, customization of international / outbound flight packages
- Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any
customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate
resolution
- Responsible to ensure that the flight is operated smoothly
