Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Executive to join our team in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects to ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings, reservations, and itinerary planning for individual and group travel.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other travel partners to ensure smooth logistics.- Monitor and optimize travel routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze key performance metrics, such as on-time performance and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including health and safety protocols.
Liaise with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to remain competitive.
