Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Travel Management professional to join our clients on a full-time basis, with the opportunity to work across multiple locations in Kerala, including Cochin, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Kottayam, and Kovalam. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in travel management, handling reservations, tour operations, and hotel bookings.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in handling reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of bookings for clients.
  • Strong expertise in tour management, coordinating all aspects of tours from planning to execution. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in hotel booking management, evaluating client preferences and securing accommodation. (Mandatory skill)
  • Familiarity with tour operators, understanding the dynamics and processes involved in tour booking and management.
  • Background in the hospitality industry, applying knowledge of industry standards to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive understanding of hotel management principles, contributing to seamless travel experiences.
  • Ability to manage airline reservations, ensuring timely and accurate flight bookings for clients.
  • Skills in strategic planning and organization to effectively manage travel logistics and details.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and process all travel reservations, ensuring completeness and accuracy for client needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee tour management logistics, including planning itinerary and handling onsite arrangements.
  • Execute hotel booking operations, liaising with hotels to secure accommodations fitting client specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with tour operators to design and implement group tours and travel packages.
  • Maintain strong relationships within the hospitality industry to procure the best service deals.
  • Liaise with clients to determine travel needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and adjust booking systems to reflect real-time changes and ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Support airline reservation processes, securing flights that align with client travel plans.
