Job Title: Hospitality Executive
Location: Vasco Da Gama, Goa
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 4 Lac to 5 Lac CTC
Experience: 4-5 years as Executive HospitalityManagement, ability to handle Tours and Travels in a Travel related organization or managed the TRAVEL DESK in a medium sized company of more than 50 employees
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Good working knowledge of
a. Ticketing for
i. Travel by Air / Rail / Bus within the country
ii. Travel by Air outside the country
b. Hotel booking in major cities
i. India
ii. Abroad
c. Arranging sight-seeing trips for guests to popular destinations in
India like
i. Temples / Holy Places / Shrines
ii. Tourist attractions / Getaways
iii. Wildlife Sanctuaries
iv. Etc.
d. Arranging travel (office cars and taxis) and hotel accommodation
for
i. Office Staff
ii. Guests and visitors to the office
2. Negotiating with Hotels and Resorts and entering annual contracts for
providing quality accommodation at competitive rates for our
employees and guests.
3. Knowledge of procedures, rules and regulations for obtaining passports
4. Processing visas for visits to various countries on business and / or
tourism, for our employees and guests.
5. Maintaining the list of countries across the world; categorising them
based on visa procedures [Visa in Advance / Visa on Entry etc.]
6. Ensuring hospitality for the valued guests and customers of the
company, who come to Goa or other cities in India for entertainment.
a. Co-ordinating with them and sending cars to the airport
b. Booking hotel accommodation
c. Arranging guides where necessary for sightseeing trips and
ensuring that they are well taken care of from the me of their
arrival, Till they leave the city / country.
7. All other functions that would be required of a person who is in-charge
