Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
Identify, qualify, and follow up with potential clients
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
Present and promote travel packages, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Provide detailed information about itineraries, pricing, and special offers to clients.
Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.
Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination knowledge to better assist clients.
Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and address feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activities.
Requirement
1+ years of experience in travel sales
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Knowledge of travel products and services
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
