- Reporting to Senior Management and performing Secretarial and Administrative duties.
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
- Plan and organize transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
- Responsible for travel arrangements like air tickets, rail tickets, pick and drop from airport and railway station etc for the guest as per their request.
- Managing different modes of travel, supporting Hotel/Guesthouse booking, and local conveyance from beginning to end.
- Responsible for Managing Company owned vehicles under the Travel desk
- Organizing and assigning Company vehicles to Staff based on requirements and priority
- Maintain calendars for appointments, sorted mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements.
- Tie-up with Hotels for Staff/guest stay.
- Continues follow-up and coordination with tie-up Hotels for receiving better service.
- Get feedback from Staff/ Guest regarding Travel and stay experiences and take necessary actions to improve the quality of service from Clients.
- Manage travel itineraries of Senior Management.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
Educational Qualification Experience : 5-10 years in travel and tourism field
